Per a una important empresa dedicada a la fabricació de peces i conjunts a partir de la injecció de termoplàstics, seleccionem un / a Project Manager que tindrà la missió d'oferir suport tècnic integral des de l'inici del projecte fins a la posada en funcionament de la peça, amb l'objectiu de garantir el compliment dels diferents projectes en termes de timings, cost, qualitat, etc.
Principals tasques i funcions: Gestió, coordinació i supervisió dels nous projectes de peces plàstiques, des de l'adjudicació fins a la posada en producció. Desenvolupar modificacions de producte segons les necessitats dels clients, millorant el disseny tenint en compte la factibilitat del procés, estudis de risc, qualitat i sol·licituds específiques. Buscar solucions fiables, econòmiques i respectuoses amb el medi ambient per satisfer les necessitats del client. Contacte amb el client per a la gestió i seguiment del projecte. Relacions amb proveïdors. Gestió de documentació (AMFE, PPAP,...). Incorporació immediata i estabilitat laboral en una empresa sòlida. Entorn de treball agradable en una empresa amb bona reputació laboral. Formació contínua en producte i servei. Flexibilitat horària i organitzativa, amb sortida a partir de les 17h (divendres a partir de les 14h). Condicions salarials negociables segons l'experiència i coneixements. Persona proactiva, metòdica, amb capacitat de planificació, organització i lideratge en projectes de peces industrials, especialment en el sector de l'automoció. Competències tècniques: interpretació de plànols, domini de software de disseny (CAD 2D i 3D). Residència a Osona o comarques limítrofes, o disponibilitat de trasllat. Es valorarà experiència mínima de 2 anys en gestió de projectes d'automoció segons ISO IATF, preferiblement en disseny i injecció tècnica de plàstic. Formació requerida: Enginyeria Industrial, Mecànica, d'Automoció, Química o experiència professional equivalent. Es valorarà positivament un Màster en disseny de peces i motlles per a injecció de plàstic o en Enginyeria d'Automoció. Nivell d'anglès: intermedi a avançat (mínim FCE), especialment per a la conversa. Experiència prèvia com a Project Manager en el sector industrial. Experiència en automoció i/o injecció de plàstics. Domini de les Core Tools i AMFE.
