Is event design your true passion?
We're on the hunt for a talented and seasoned Experience Designer with a special focus on events to redefine how our customers and prospects engage with Factorial at events across Europe.
The Role In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting immersive environments that leave a lasting impression.
From booth design and material selection to lighting, spatial interaction, and ambiance creation, you'll ensure every detail reflects the essence of the Factorial brand.
Your work will shape memorable moments, turning our events into experiences that captivate and inspire.
If This Resonates with You You design experiences from start to finish: From researching the trade shows or events we attend to understanding the competition and strategizing how to stand out, you own the full 360-degree design process.
This includes selecting materials, lighting, and screens; managing logistics; planning merchandising, brochures, and schedules; and determining staffing needs.
You manage suppliers and installations seamlessly: Ideally, you already have a network of trusted providers to collaborate with and can oversee event setups with precision.
You think like a business strategist: You can distinguish between Tier 1 events that require greater investment and smaller ones where creativity and budget-conscious design take center stage.
You focus on human-centered design: You think about how people interact with the space—whether it's creating rest areas, ensuring the space feels welcoming, or designing an environment that fosters connection and engagement.
You bring design expertise to the table: While you might not be a graphic designer, you have a strong grasp of graphic and interior design principles, with a sharp focus on crafting immersive experiences.
You're ready to travel: You have the flexibility to travel, primarily across Europe, to bring your designs to life on-site.
You're fluent in English: High proficiency in English is a must, and an additional European language is a big plus.
You're innovative and scalable: You know how to create designs that are eye-catching, reusable, and easy to assemble or adapt for different events.
You're not just a follower of trends; you're a trendsetter, constantly exploring new techniques and approaches to elevate our brand.
You bring bold ideas with confidence: This role calls for someone proactive and creative, who can lead with vision and isn't afraid to take charge of a space or a project.
You're equipped with the right tools: Familiarity with Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and Figma is a major plus.
You're a creative powerhouse: You don't just design beautiful booths; you elevate them into memorable experiences that make Factorial stand out from the crowd.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: You will be the owner of 360º experience of Factorial events, translating brand essence into captivating spaces that resonate with diverse audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Champion innovation and experimentation in design to keep our brand experience fresh and relevant.
Develop design methodologies that streamline workflows and ensure brand integrity.
Balance creativity with problem-solving, always keeping the end-user in mind.
Embrace feedback, iterate relentlessly, and never settle for mediocrity.
Your Profile Proven experience in experience design, event design, interior design or a similar field, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for innovation.
Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite.
Autocad and Figma and other software is a plus Strong understanding of branding principles, art direction, color theory, and typography.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with grace and precision.
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex ideas into compelling visual narratives and deal with clients and suppliers.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Additional languages?
