Patent EngineerResponsibilities:Work closely with R&D engineers to identify patentable ideas Assist inventors in filing timely and accurate invention disclosuresPrepare, file and prosecute patent applications meeting international standardsConduct patent search and analysisProvide intellectual property training to R&D engineersRequirements:Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or related EngineeringExcellent command of EnglishConfidence and communication skills at all levels Strong reasoning ability and writing skillsAttention to details and deadlinesExperience in R&D, or drafting and prosecuting patent applications is preferredMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
