Your opportunity:
Análisis e implementación de requisitos para piezas compradas en nuevos desarrollos y cambios técnicos.
Participación activa en la selección, evaluación y desarrollo de proveedores, supervisión independiente de un grupo de proveedores.
Gestión de PPAP de proveedores y APQP relacionado con piezas compradas, incluyendo evaluación de manufacturabilidad y desarrollo de conceptos de prueba.
Ejecutar el procedimiento de liberación de producto y proceso, incluyendo Run @ Rate, auditorías VDA 6.3 y revalidaciones en proveedores.
Eficiencia en el uso de métodos de resolución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz en caso de desviaciones de calidad e inicio independiente de medidas correctivas en proveedores.
Gestión metódica de quejas y escalaciones.
Participación en la conclusión de contratos con proveedores.
Planificación e implementación de conceptos y estándares para mejorar el rendimiento de los proveedores y optimizar procesos en la interfaz con los proveedores.
Establecer objetivos de calidad con los proveedores.
Evaluación y análisis de cifras clave de calidad, preparación de evaluaciones e informes.
Your personality:
Título en ingeniería con al menos 3 años de experiencia profesional en el departamento de calidad de una empresa de fabricación automotriz.
Conocimiento profundo y experiencia en la aplicación de herramientas centrales automotrices (resolución de problemas, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.) y estándares (IATF 16949, VDA).
Experiencia en planificación y ejecución de auditorías VDA 6.3 y Run@Rate.
Competencia intercultural en el trato con proveedores.
Forma de trabajar estructurada e independiente.
Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas sólidas.
Asertividad, orientación a objetivos y fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
Muy buenos conocimientos de MS Office y SAP.
Fluidez en español e inglés, conocimiento de francés es altamente deseable.
Disposición para viajar internacionalmente.
