QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJOComo Operations N2 Engineer End User Technologies Analyst, tu objetivo será brindar asistencia técnica presencial y multidisciplinar a usuarios.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
Resolución de incidencias técnicas en equipos informáticos y dispositivos móviles, tanto hardware como software e indistintamente para entornos Microsoft, Apple y Android.Asistencia y preparación de los medios técnicos para Reuniones, Comités o Consejos.Junto con el coordinador técnico y ServiceDesk, valorar las prioridades, requerimientos, expectativas, niveles de satisfacción y áreas de preocupación de los usuarios.Apoyo y asesoramiento en nuevas tecnologías, en aplicativos o en nuevos proyectos e implantaciones corporativas.Orientación y colaboración en la interlocución con áreas de IT vinculadas en una incidencia o requerimiento.Identificación de incidencias potencialmente recurrentes, realizando un correcto registro y documentación del cierre de las incidencias asignadas.EXPERIENCIA4+ años de experiencia en Soporte a usuario final.
EDUCACIÓNFPII o Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior / Licenciatura en ciencias / Certificaciones técnicas equivalentes.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOSEntornos Microsoft (incluyendo Office365), Apple y Android.Incidencias Hardware y Software.Resolución de incidencias en Dispositivos móviles y equipos informáticos.Nivel alto de Inglés hablado y escrito.
