ResponsibilitiesCreate and turn around beautiful 3D environments that are lightweight and correctly represent the artwork provided. Compose and build complex scenes. Has a good understanding of shape language. Talk to other artists and translate that information into a 3D model. Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment. Works with clean topology for lightweight models. Textures 3D models and environments. Presents an environment with some basic lighting. Keep track of files and scenes and adapt to a new pipeline when required. Works together with the previs team providing support to the layout and set-dressing departmentsFollows the Environment Supervisor's and camera DOP "layout" guidance. Interacts with other department artists and managers correctly understanding the feedback and information given. Requirements5+ years in VFX or animation industries. 3+ years in the animation industry. Knowledge of Maya software. Knowledge of Substance Painter, Photoshop or other texturing software. Experience in Zbrush, SpeedTree, Houdini and Unreal Engine are a plus. High English level desirable, mid-level required. Spanish desirable. #Animation #LI-Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
