You serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce platform knowledge, HLS industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of Sanofi CHC business to deliver return on investment.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.Support all Salesforce CG Cloud design and architecture and review solutions, recommending improvements.Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.Own the design of Salesforce CG stream and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.Work with the release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.Provide guidance on user story writing style and ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined by the PO for each User story.Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications and ensure functional documentation is up to date.Collaborate with cross-CoE teams, including Delivery, Product, Testing, Architecture, to ensure alignment and integration of new features or processes within Salesforce solutions.About You:Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
