Análisis y modelización de carteras de créditos impagados, sin garantía hipotecaria, con el objetivo de estimar sus flujos de caja para determinar su precio y rentabilidad.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES: • Valoración de carteras:
Planificación de procesos de Due Diligence para valoración de carteras.
Coordinación de proveedores contratados para cubrir distintas partes del proceso de Due Diligence.
Revisión de valoraciones de activos y de estrategias de resolución de posiciones de alto valor (roll ups).
Cuantificación y modelización de situaciones/incidencias detectadas en Due Diligence.
Estimación de flujos de caja de la cartera.
Presentaciones a inversores.
Gestión de carteras:
Colaboración con equipos de gestión para facilitar on-boarding.
Explotación de datos históricos para la generación de comparables (benchmarks).
Análisis de carteras y procesos para mejorar su desempeño.
Seguimiento de resultados de carteras.
COMPETENCIAS NECESARIAS Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas, Física, Estadística o Economía.
Muy valorable inglés fluido. Conocimientos de herramientas de explotación y análisis de BBDD (Excel, SQL, SAS, etc.).
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos o análisis de inversiones de carteras de crédito sin garantía (Unsecured).
