JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleRadiology Informatics Implementation Clinical Lead South EuropeJob DescriptionEI RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Lead South EuropeLeading Radiology Informatics S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting Team in South Europe (France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Spain).You will be part of Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation South Europe, reporting to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader South Europe.
You will be part of an inspiring team that has the goal to strengthen and drive performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within South Europe.Your role:Leading the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team of app.
10 headcount, which is responsible to provide clinical consultancy services for RI solutions within South Europe.Educating and coaching your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS etc.)
and driving methodology development within this area.Validate solution design to fit customers clinical requirements and needs during presales phase for complex implementations of Philips RI solutions within South EuropeDevelop strategic working relationships and provide guidance to senior customer leadersServing in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips RI solutionsSupporting and advising the salesforce during customer acquisitionEnsuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutionsWorking on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.Implementing strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, evaluation criteria for obtaining results and enrollment of those for South Europe.Providing clinical consultancy services to complex projects within South Europe on workflow analysis, identification of changes and adoption of solution designGuiding the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutionsCoaches and educates Clinical Consulting team Europe as well as customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutionsActive member of the Clinical Consulting Community Europe to share knowledge, experience and lessons learnedYour KPIs:Deliver against task on timeDeliver on budget with their portion of the project.Deliver tasks with expected qualityAchieve utilization targets.You're the right fit if you have:5+ years of work experience in clinical area of Radiology InformaticsBachelor or Masters degree/qualification in clinical area, or equivalent.Proven track record in effectively structure problems, design solutions which the customer believes and advocates.Ability to simply and persuasively communicate to different customer audiences ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face to face, and from distanceWide-ranging experience in Philips RI products,Shown ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in English and two of these languages?:French, Italian, Spanish.Willingness to travel >60%About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
