En ING buscamos Paralegal – Departamento Legal
Su función y entorno de trabajo:
Estamos buscando un asistente legal talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de litigios del Departamento Legal .
Este puesto implica ayudar al jefe del departamento, a los miembros del equipo y a los clientes internos a garantizar que se identifiquen y mitiguen los riesgos legales en las operaciones de ING.
Sus principales responsabilidades:
Como asistente legal, usted:
Apoyar al equipo legal para garantizar que se identifiquen, informen y mitiguen los riesgos legales y de reputación del área relevante.
Tramitar los expedientes procesales, organizando la información relevante y recabando los medios de prueba necesarios para la correcta defensa del proceso.
Organizar y preparar documentos complejos utilizando una variedad de aplicaciones informáticas.
Llevar a cabo investigaciones, investigar hechos y desarrollar argumentos legales utilizando fuentes de datos primarias y seleccionar la información necesaria para el análisis de temas y tendencias clave.
Resumen de casos y preparación de informes para abogados.
Preparación y presentación de documentos ante los tribunales.
Organizar y archivar los documentos relacionados con los casos terminados y en curso.
Realizar un seguimiento de los cambios en el marco legal y proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas sobre estos cambios.
Revisar el asesoramiento y los documentos de los asesores externos.

Estas son algunas de las cualidades que más valoramos para este puesto:
Licenciado en Derecho por una institución acreditada.
De 3 a 5 años de experiencia relevante trabajando como asistente legal en un bufete de abogados y/o institución financiera en litigios y asuntos procesales.
Campos de especialización deseables: litigios, banca, operaciones legales.
Mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones relacionadas con el negocio bancario.
Fuertes habilidades de organización y priorización; capacidad para gestionar eficazmente las prioridades que compiten entre sí.
Capacidad comprobada para cumplir con plazos estrictos y adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes, operando en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
Es imprescindible hablar inglés con fluidez (incluida la redacción de documentos legales).
Disposición para afrontar un entorno cambiante y actitud proactiva ante los nuevos retos.
Además de la capacidad de afrontar los principales retos dentro de la organización:
Capacidad para adaptar el estilo de trabajo para hacer frente a cargas de trabajo complejas y variadas.
Capacidad para priorizar las cargas de trabajo en términos de riesgo legal.
Capacidad para navegar por el complejo entorno regulatorio financiero.
Mantener el conocimiento de las operaciones y políticas de ING.
Aumento de la capacidad para manejar tareas más complejas con menos supervisión.
Capacidad para equilibrar la necesidad de un análisis más profundo y la necesidad de una decisión oportuna dadas las presiones comerciales.
