**Misión del puesto**
Asiste al/la gerente, planea, coordina y supervisa la operación a los diferentes servicios realizados dentro de su departamento de acuerdo a los estándares de calidad del hotel, para la satisfacción del/la cliente, contribuyendo a la imagen del hotel. Reporta cualquier área de oportunidad a su superior, controlando y asegurándose de dar solución.
**¿Qué Buscamos?**
- Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias en Sala.
- Conocimientos de REVO, y manejo de TPV.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
- Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio, Calidad y profesionalidad, visión global y estratégica y comunicación e influencia como competencias clave.
- Creatividad e innovación.
- Imprescindible nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en una posición similar en el sector hotelero.
