.Fluency (part of M&C Saatchi Group) is looking for a talented Social Analyst to join their dedicated team on an initial 1-year contract through December 31, 2025, with the opportunity to extend. What you'll do: You will be central to the day-to-day running of our global automotive client social analysis project across multiple vehicle lines and show a track record of forming strong relationships with your clients. Working with our data science team and other junior analysts, you will master storytelling with data, pulling valuable insight from a diverse range of sources (search, social, news, forums, blogs, etc.), powered by sophisticated psycholinguistic and cultural semiotic AI. You will be a fast and efficient worker with an eye for detail and comfortable in a client-facing role. In addition to your core role as a social analyst, there will be opportunity to grow your insight expertise, learn more about data science and AI, and be embedded as part of a very supportive and passionate team with collaborative learning at its heart. You will bring expertise in connecting client problems to advanced data solutions, creating and communicating valuable layers of insight generated from a diverse range of sources and advanced analysis. You will be comfortable diving into a wide range of social analytics tools to generate insight and be a data storyteller. How you'll excel: Alongside a second analyst, you'll help lead day-to-day as a point of contact for our key automotive client, independently showing high levels of accuracy and acumen to develop these relationships beyond existing projects as appropriate. You know Social media inside out. You will understand the nuances of platforms, understand how they are used, their fortés and be able to sleuth and derive meaning from comments quickly and efficiently from a BRAND perspective. You'll develop and retain excellent relationships with our automotive client – and quickly become a trusted and accountable member of the team the client can come to for help and inspiration. You'll be able to interpret data with ease and accuracy, uncovering the most relevant insights and storylines of relevance for our key client's business challenge and needs. You'll work with our data team and partners to turn data into, actionable reports, insights & recommendations. You're a fast learner and open to learning about new data tools and visualisation methods. With the support of the wider consulting team, you will also be adept at finding new ways to help our clients, educate them about our offering, and ultimately grow the account's value
