Here, you will make an impact by:Supporting Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process and other corporate legal resolutions, including Directors & Officers and other event-driven changes.Supervising and directing the work of third-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance.Maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Partnering with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate reorganizations/restructurings.Helping streamline and manage corporate governance processes and compliance risks.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.Experience in corporate registration procedures in Spain (additional experience in France, Belgium, and Portugal is a plus).Experience in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance.Experience in performing legal research.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to work autonomously and manage a high volume and complex workload.Comfortable working with all levels of management.Ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially and diplomatically.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with an electronic board portal, such as Diligent Boards.Experience in coordinating complex tasks with multiple team members with a strong focus on collaboration.Notary public qualification.Work location:HybridTravel: May include up to 10% domestic.Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially
