As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce Platform. You will be responsible for writing Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, and LWC components to deliver new capabilities and maintain the existing codebase for Salesforce Org.What you will do:Understand the requirements and provide one or more options for the solution, utilizing Salesforce best practices.Perform hands-on solution design, proof-of-concepts, and development and testing tasks as required in support of the implementation activities.Manage critical customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation.Work with a cross-functional SCRUM team to maintain and enhance SFDC Platform.Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity scaling and monitoring.Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications.Manage incidents and resolutions with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis.What you will need:Experienced professional with 2 to 4 relevant experiences in the force.Com platform, understanding of key SFDC design. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high ownership and accountability.Must have:2+ years hands-on experience on the force.Com platform, understanding of key SFDC design and architectural concepts. In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of SFDC CRM application.Salesforce development experience including strong working knowledge and ability to code in APEX (classes, triggers, batch processes, and web services), VisualForce, Lighting (Aura), LWC, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.Com.Experience in integration to third-party tools or web API integrations.Excellent software development and object-oriented design fundamentals.Nice to have:Understanding of deployment techniques and change management.Certified Salesforce.Com platform developer or Salesforce Advanced developer or CRM Analytics.Who you are:Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be familiar with systems scope and project objectives to ensure design, build, and test of a robust system
