As an Interactive Designer at Picsart, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a unified, beautiful experience that showcases the power, flexibility, and innovation of our platform. This role is essential to shaping the first impression of Picsart for millions of visitors and ensuring a seamless journey as users explore and use our platform.
Your focus will be to work with our product and brand teams to redesign our website and other marketing web surfaces. There is a possibility of joining full-time after completion of the project.

You willCollaborate with design, marketing, product, and engineering teams to craft exceptional experiences for Picsart's websiteHelp expand and maintain a flexible design system for Picsart's digital presenceWork closely with developers to create interactive, engaging experiences that bridge the gap between learning about and using PicsartChampion the Picsart brand and ensure consistent application of design across all user touchpointsIterate on design based on experimentation, user behavior insights, and feedbackDefine and refine how design elements behave across different web surfaces to deliver a cohesive experience at scaleActively contribute to design discussions, critiques, and team reviewsAbout youMinimum of 8 years of experience in visual design for webStrong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and compositionPassion for web design as a medium, supported by a portfolio of work on interactive sites, and design systemsExcellent front-end development experience, especially with building responsive web applications or prototyping interactive designsExcellent communication skills with a collaborative spiritStrong knowledge of interface design and how factors like motion and viewport sizes affect user experienceCuriosity about the latest design technologies and trends, paired with the ability to establish a unique, recognizable styleProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business goals and user needs into compelling design solutionsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage projects independently in a fast-paced, growing companyBonus Points: Deep understanding of design systems and their role in creating cohesive user experiencesFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools and featuresWhat we seek and value most in our candidatesIf you like to create things with a user mindset, take ownership and have a natural bias for impact while having fun, you're our personWe do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
