Job description Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train sales associates to deliver excellent customer service. Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with management on promotional activities and merchandising. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail, with a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
