Treasury Officer

Monitor daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity and fund availability.

Manage short-term and long-term cash forecasts, reconciling variances between forecasted and actual cash positions.

Develop strategies for maintaining an adequate level of working capital.

Maintain and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Coordinate with banks to negotiate terms, rates, and fees related to loans, overdrafts, and deposits.

Ensure efficient banking operations including payment processing, transfers, and reconciliation.

Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risk.

Implement hedging strategies to mitigate potential financial exposures.

Monitor compliance with financial covenants and ensure the company meets regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement the company's investment strategy for surplus cash.

Analyze and evaluate short-term and long-term investment opportunities.

Ensure maximum return on investments while maintaining liquidity and risk profiles.

Manage the company's debt portfolio, including loans, bonds, and other credit facilities.

Ensure timely repayment of debts and adherence to loan agreements.

Monitor interest costs and develop strategies to minimize financial expenses.

Prepare and present treasury reports for management, providing insights on liquidity, cash flow, and investment activities.

Continuously evaluate treasury workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
