Responsible for the configuration for the MRP process to ensure material availability and material rotation. Be the main interface for Projects and Operations with the materials availability for short, mid and long term.Drive the purchase order process and manage suppliers. Follow supplier performance in terms of OTIF and Non-conformity.We'll look to you for:The material needs in coordination with the teams from Engineering Operations and Projects.Defining strategic policies for stock management in line with the budget of Projects and Objectives of the unit around the Cash Flow.Consolidating the need from Operations/Production and the BOM for the correct execution of the MRP module.Managing Material Master data for the correct performance of the MRP for the correct generation of purchase requests, optimizing in terms of lot size and frequency ensuring the material supply and availability.Improving the visibility on materials for production and operations.Performing inventory analysis for the right definition of the procurement strategy.Generating action plans for inventory reduction and increasing the rotation of the inventory.Anticipating the risk for stock shortages and the needs of materials supply in order to provide visibility to Sourcing for the right and optimal negotiation with the suppliers.Placing purchase orders, managing order acknowledgment, follow-up, and delivery control.Management of suppliers non-conformities.All about you:Training: Technical Engineer or Industrial Superior.Languages: English (Essential) and French (Valuable).SAP knowledge MRP user level (Valuable).Advanced knowledge of the office package.Essential experience of at least 3 years in similar positions in the field of Supply Chain.Experience will be valued in: Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.Knowledge and experience in: ERP Systems and Planning Tools.Availability to travel: Yes.Things you'll enjoy:Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines.Work with new security standards for rail signaling.Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues.Contribute to innovative projects.Utilize our cooperative working environment.Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
