Empresas: Dazia CapitalDazia Capital Flex is the new operator of flex living, a growing residential rental model that offers real estate solutions with greater flexibility for residents to enjoy. Dazia Capital Flex's aim is to create design led spaces where everyone can be themselves, prioritising customer focus to provide unforgettable experiences. The project has four new buildings that will open in 2025 and will include 1,500 flats with the aim of reaching 2,500 flats throughout the Madrid region, with further expansion planned in key areas of other Spanish cities. Dazia Capital Flex is part of Dazia Capital, a real estate investment and asset management company specialising in the Spanish residential sector.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective Business Development and B2B sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners.Identify and target potential B2B clients, initiating contact and building relationships to secure new business.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, using this information to inform sales strategies.Work closely with the marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.Track and report on corporate sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue targets, providing regular updates to management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our aparthotels and generate leads.Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and offerings, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Requisitos:At least 2 years of professional experience in business development and/or B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and the needs of business travellers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Travel will be required to visit clients and onsite corporate sales activities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of the Madrid area and local business market.#J-18808-Ljbffr
