.Bienvenido a tu nuevo rol como Head Barista en Honest Beans Estás en este puesto porque sientes pasión por el café de especialidad y también por servir clientes. Por eso te esfuerzas todos los días para lograr la excelencia dando el más alto nivel de servicio a todos tus clientes, permitiéndoles cada vez que nos visitan irse con recuerdos increíbles y el deseo de regresar lo antes posible. Como Head Barista de Honest Beans, tú eres esencialmente la cara de la cafetería, el líder de tu equipo y la persona a la que acudir para todo lo relacionado con el café y Honest Beans. Manejas la cafetería con orgullo como si fueras el dueño y lideras a tus equipos con el ejemplo. Tu eres un fuerte solucionador de problemas y todos los días te comprometes a entregar el 100%. Tu eres el líder ideal en Honest Beans con una visión a largo plazo tanto para el desarrollo personal, como para el desarrollo de tus equipos. Tareas diarias: Tareas de apertura: Apertura puntual de la cafetería a la hora asignada. Siga el horario asignado todos los días. Realizar todas las tareas de apertura antes de la apertura de la cafetería. Calibración diaria de los molinillos de café y máquinas de espresso antes de la apertura (excepto las cafeterías que tienen la cafetera Engima). Revise todo el stock para asegurarse de que no haya escasez que afecte el servicio. Coordinar el control de stocks y resolución de posibles problemas operativos tanto con el gerente del restaurante como con el Head Barista de Honest Beans. Recibir todas las entregas utilizando la plataforma y el sistema correcto también hacer referencias cruzadas con los pedidos para asegurarse de que sean correctos. Asegurarse de que todas las herramientas estén funcionando correctamente e informar al mantenimiento. Asegurarse de que todas las neveras estén a la temperatura correcta y que cualquier problema se comunique inmediatamente al departamento de mantenimiento de la empresa. General durante el turno: Gestionar las interacciones positivas de los clientes con cada miembro del equipo. Mantener un alto nivel de limpieza y organización. Asegurarse de que cada miembro de su equipo lleve el uniforme correcto en todo momento. Después del turno: Asegúrese de que todas las tareas de cierre se hayan realizado correctamente. Excelencia en el servicio al cliente: Servir a cada cliente con un alto nivel de excelencia. Motivar a los miembros del equipo y asegurarse de que todos están haciendo Up-selling siempre. Comunique cualquier dificultad o problema que pueda tener y que pueda afectar su nivel de servicio a su supervisor directo. Lidere a tus equipos con el ejemplo. Haga todo lo posible para asegurarse de que el cliente se vaya feliz. Resuelva cualquier problema de los clientes a medida que ocurran.
