We've expanded our business across Canada, the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia to become a global leader, all by bringing together industry experts to find solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset.What You Will Do:The Supervisor de Parques Eólicos will play a key role focused on overseeing the execution of asset maintenance.Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and review the operational performance of the assets according to agreed KPIs for availability, downtime causes, and efficiency parameters (power curves, solar performance indices).- Participate in investigating low equipment performance issues and propose improvement initiatives including service providers.- Conduct site visits/inspections according to the agreed annual program to validate conditions, performance/compliance with health, quality, and environmental standards, and the status of key improvement initiatives.- Participate in the investigation and "Root Cause Analysis" of significant incidents and/or failures.- Support the business development function regarding technical aspects and asset performance related to new facility development opportunities.- Monitor Predictive Reports of the facilities.- Manage and direct the maintenance activities of the park.- Monitor the economic budget of the assets.- Conduct feasibility studies, risks, and costs of various solutions considered for each project.- Report on service progress in the area, anticipating unforeseen events and potential deviations.- Represent the company before different local authorities and others.What We Are Looking For:- Higher Education or Degree in Technical or Engineering areas.- 5 years of experience in the operational area of renewable assets.- Person with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working in a team or independently.- Excellent communication skills.- Experience with process improvements.- Advanced computing skills including Excel and Word.- Knowledge of wind, solar, and thermosolar technologies.What's In It for You:Our employees are the driving force behind our achievements.
