The Talent & Careers department is looking for a Senior Associate Director to join its teamIn this dual role, you will play a critical role in connecting our diverse student body with exceptional career opportunities in the Consulting sector.
You will be responsible for both building strong relationships with leading consulting firms and preparing students to excel in the rigorous case interview process.Why IE University?

And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our People At IE we are: People-driven Change Builders Autonomy Enthusiasts Communication Enthusiasts Knowledge Champions We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.Responsibilities: Your role as Senior Associate Director will involve:Employer Relations & Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to attract top-tier consulting firms to IE University.
Leverage alumni networks and faculty expertise to cultivate connections with prestigious consulting firms.
Manage and expand a portfolio of employer partners, including conducting regular visits and fostering relationships.
Represent IE University nationally and internationally at industry events and conferences (30% travel required).
Partner with the marketing team to create compelling communication and marketing plans for recruiting events.
Create and implement a framework for designing and monitoring Account Plans in multiple industries.
Student Career Preparation: Coordinate consulting-specific training and events (case interview workshops, mock interviews, information sessions) for students interested in consulting careers.
Collaborate with student clubs to organize industry treks and networking events with consulting professionals.
Hold regular office hours to provide personalized career advice and coaching on case interview skills.
Develop and promote career resources and educational events relevant to the consulting sector.
Manage and report on employment data and statistics for consulting placements
