The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both local stores and with bigger brands to fuel growth.
Glovo uses the Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and automate partner operations processes.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key member in the Salesforce team, working closely with people in different departments and markets.Be a part of a team where you will:Serve as primary system administrator for Glovo's Salesforce environment.Provide Salesforce support for all users.Propose Salesforce improvements arising from support requests.Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, security settings, profiles and other routine tasks.Create and manage custom fields/objects, flows, processes, record types, validation rules, page layouts, etc.Execute data migration/cleansing projects.QA and deploy Salesforce changes/enhancements.Conduct user training and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.Develop and maintain system process and training documentation.Work in alignment with Glovo's Salesforce Development Team to improve user experience.Participate in the evaluation, scope and completion of Salesforce change requests.Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.You have:Previous working experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing or Technology.Salesforce certifications will be considered (Admin, Consultant)
