This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology.
You will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
You will also perform lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions.
This role contributes to the Service Electrification Sales area in Spain and Portugal.

You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting the Iberia Sales organization and customers. Preparing technical and commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives. Creating opportunities in Sales Force. Answering leads from Sales Force and reassigning them to Sales Specialists. Preparing and following workshop repair offers. Acting as an interface between the Sales team, customers, and operations team. Tasks to be performed: Provide technical and commercial solutions to customer needs. Analyze technical specifications, find the best internal solutions in the product portfolio, and create quotations. Support the team or other teams in various actions. Ensure inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in any necessary escalation. Work with leaders and the team to detect improvement areas to work more efficiently and reduce manual tasks. You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team, where you will be able to grow and enjoy.

Qualifications for the role: Some experience in Internal Sales as a Sales Support Specialist focused on Service in manufacturing or maintenance companies. Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force, and Excel. Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies. A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills. High level of Spanish (C1) and medium level of English (B2); Portuguese will be highly appreciated. What's in it for you?
