Our client, a world-leading sustainable fashion brand, is looking for a Demand Planner at their Corporate Office in Madrid, someone with previous experience in the retail sector.¿Are you passionate for social enterprise, development of people and environmental benefit?You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing business strategies through the use of demand-based tools to drive sales, manage supply chain, optimize inventory investment, and generate profit through financial planning. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Outsourcing, Financial and Operations.What will you do?Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets) with relevant data analysis.Define Process Models.Select and implement the new and right Demand Planning Tool.Manage Inventory levels.Communicate the product inventory strategies (high runners, new products, substitutions, end life) to the Outsourcing team.Tune the forecasts and inventory rules according to the demand and market trends.Determine the accuracy of each model, identify outliers and exclusions and understand assumptions.Analyze quantity and financial forecasts.Report of forecasts and inventory KPIs.Follow inventory level and improvement plans.Trade Promotion Management.Drive convergences and divergences versus the Business Plan.Improve the forecasts accuracy (statistical models, software) with transversal coordination actions and updates of the Supply Chain Planning tool.What we look forMinimum of a degree in business, supply chain and any other relevant fields.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.Fluent in English.Sound/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Demonstrated knowledge of demand planning philosophies and processes.Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with a strategic ability.Strong people management skills and experience in managing third-party consultancies to achieve deliverables.Good verbal and written communication skills.What we offerCompetitive salary and attractive benefits package.You will have a job full of challenges and opportunities.You will learn a new and unique DNA that makes the difference.You will be part of a fantastic team that is waiting for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
