Descripció feina Càrrec vacant PRODUCT MANAGER (SECTOR METALL) Descripció Quina seria la teva missió a l'empresa?En dependència del/la Director/a, la persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de:• Dissenyar el nou producte amb les especificacions que es traslladen des de Direcció I+D.• Fer seguiment de tots els projectes que s'executa amb l'equip tècnic.• Vetllar per la qualitat i el temps establerts• Gestionar l'equip tècnic del departament.• Analitzar les competències tècniques i optimitzar processos per la millora contínua.Què s'ofereix?• Treballar junt amb un equip dinàmic.• Estabilitat i pla de carrera.• Incorporació directa per empresa.• Jornada laboral de dilluns a dijous de 8:30 a 13:30h i de 14 a 17h i divendres de 8 a 15h.• Estabilitat laboral. Es valorarà Imprescindible Ets el/la candidat/a ideal si...• Tens experiència i coneixements en Enginyeria Mecànica, Industrial o similar.• Disposes d'experiència en el sector metal·lúrgic.• Valorable un nivell mig o alt d'anglès.• Ets una persona dinàmica, resolutiva, proactiva i amb capacitat d'organització.• Comptes amb capacitat de treball en equip i bones habilitats comunicatives.• Tens experiència en lideratge i gestió d'equips.• Es valorarà coneixements en processos productius CNC, injecció de plàstics, estampació de xapa en fred o descollatge.
