Role Overview:As our Web3 Community and CRM Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the promotion of our EMAIL token. Leveraging a deep understanding of the blockchain space, you will craft compelling narratives, drive user adoption, and position EtherMail as web3 leading email inbox. Your strategies will be rooted in authenticity, aiming for meaningful engagement rather than fleeting hype.
Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy: Create compelling content and social media strategies to communicate the community's culture, promoting events and programs. Ability to use design software (Canva, Figma, Illustrator) is considered a plus.Global Community Development: Develop and execute strategies to introduce and expand the community globally in collaboration with marketing and product teams.Channel Management: Oversee community channels (Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, CRM, Affiliates, Community Programs) ensuring engagement, growth, and a vibrant culture.Manage Customer Support Team: train, coordinate and monitor our Customer Support TeamCommunity Health Metrics: Identify key metrics to measure community health, implementing tracking and visualization tools to report on results and adjust strategies as necessary.Influencer Collaboration: Build relationships with industry influencers and leaders to expand the community's reach and reputation.Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in community management, ensuring the community's strategies remain innovative and effective.CRM and Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and engagement strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty, while also increasing revenue and customer lifetime value.Requirements:Proven experience in Marketing and CRM within the Web3 or blockchain space, including a successful track record of community management, paid channel advertising, CRM engagement, and KOL/influencer marketingFamiliarity with CRM platforms, engagement strategies, and analyticsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong understanding of blockchain technology and web3Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in an accessible and compelling manner.Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying growth and engagement opportunities.What We Offer:Join a venture capital-backed, fast growing and cutting-edge Web3 organization.A hybrid work model based in Barcelona.Competitive salary depending on experience (Range: 30-40k)How to Apply:If you're ready to take an active role in changing the world of communication, send us your CV and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for EtherMail and how you plan to contribute to our journey.
