Site Quality Manager

Per a empresa líder del sector industrial, ubicada a la comarca de la Garrotxa, seleccionem a un responsable de qualitat. En dependència directa del Plant Manager, la seva missió principal serà la de garantir la qualitat dels productes que es fabriquen al centre.
Reportant directament al Plant Mànager i al Director de Qualitat corporativa, les seves responsabilitats seran:
- Dirigir l'equip de qualitat del centre (3 persones directes, 3 persones indirectes), gestionant directament als responsables de laboratori, al responsable d'auditories i al de millora contínua.
- Desenvolupar els objectius de qualitat definits per direcció, així com el pla d'acció per a la consecució dels objectius.
- Realitzar el seguiment dels KPI's de qualitat, dels plans d'accions correctiva i dels plans de millora de planta.
- Dirigir els sistemes d'anàlisis de problemes (4S) i implementar plans de control i d'assegurament de la qualitat de processos (fabricació interna, subcontractada), de controls de recepció de proveïdors i controls finals de producte d'acord amb l'ISO 9001.
- Gestionar les no conformitats mitjançant: identificació, comunicació, anàlisi causal i pla d'acció.
- Proposar accions de millora i dirigir el Comitè de Qualitat de planta reportant sobre l'estat de les 4S, estat de les accions correctives, estat de les no conformitats, etc.
Es requereix:
- Nivell B2 anglès o superior.
- Habilitats d'innovació, proactivitat i esperit de millora.
- Capacitat de treball en un entorn exigent.
- Capacitat d'organització de la mateixa feina i per prioritzar incidències.
- Disponibilitat per viatjar puntualment ja sigui per homologar proveïdors com per resoldre incidències.
S'ofereix:
- Salari acord amb la vàlua i experiència acordada compost per un fixe i un variable. (A partir de 50kâ?¬ SBA + incentius)

- Flexibilitat horaria:Flexibilitat de 7-10h i 16.30h a 19h (divendres i estiu intensiu)
