Claire joster is looking for an HR Generalist for a company in the food sector located in Vic. The HR Advisor delivers HR services to fulfill local needs complying with country labor legislation and union requirements in terms of benefits, compensation, recruitment and general employee services activities for a site. The incumbent reports to the Country HR Manager. Accountabilities Recruiting / On/Off-boarding: Handling of the entry administration, starting with writing contracts, disclosing personnel files follow-up until the end of the probation period, including relocating people. Exit procedures: Handling of the exit administration including salary related admin, starting with the confirmation of the written notice follow-up until the exit of employee in alignment with the corresponding Area Manager. Record keeping: Maintenance of all personnel files as well as all administrational disposers Payroll, Benefits & Plans Administration: Smooth contract management to provide updated salary info to the payroll specialist including pension fund updates. Handling administrational tasks and follow-up of accident notifications and sick-leaves, follow-up of personnel changes such as maternity leave, marriage, military and so on. Responsible for work permits - application for work permits as well as correspondence with public authorities. Qualifications Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar 2+ years of experience in an HR environment Knowledgable in MS Office Suite Experience with HRIS English – Intermediate Core Competencies Stakeholder's management Professional and adaptable communication Initiative and Drive Analysis and concept Experience in changing environments Offered Temporary contract + possibility of indefinite contract Multinational company Remuneration according to experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
