Verisure Securitas Direct: Donde la Innovación y la Seguridad se EncuentranEn la vanguardia del mercado europeo, Verisure Securitas Direct lidera con sus alarmas inteligentes, ofreciendo servicios excepcionales a más de 5 millones de clientes en 17 países de Europa y América Latina.Con un equipo de más de 20,000 empleados, estamos comprometidos con la seguridad y la excelencia en el servicio.Oportunidad Profesional: Advanced Analyst para el equipo de Marketing ClienteBuscamos un perfil de Analista de Negocio apasionado/a por descifrar datos y aplicar técnicas de análisis avanzado y machine learning.Reportarás a la Manager de Advanced Analytics de MKTC y desempeñarás un papel crucial en descubrir insights estratégicos, todo con un enfoque centrado en el cliente, la eficiencia operativa y el performance del producto.En nuestro departamento, tendrás la oportunidad de enfrentarte a desafíos analíticos E2E (End to End), aplicando diversas técnicas de análisis, desde estadísticas descriptivas hasta algoritmos que te permitan abordar complejidades en los proyectos.Nuestro modelo de negocio nos permite tener sets de datos muy grandes que demandan conocimientos sólidos en pre-procesamiento y optimización, enfrentando desafíos en volumen y variedad.Si eres una persona curiosa, proactiva, creativa y disfrutas del análisis, con una visión centrada en el cliente, independiente, capaz de trabajar en colaboración y motivada para impulsar proyectos, éste es tu lugarTe ofrecemos formar parte de un equipo multidisciplinario, con un excelente ambiente de trabajo y muy colaborativo; proyectos muy retadores y muchísimas formaciones que te acompañarán en tu desarrollo profesional.Qué harás en el día a día?Realización de análisis ad-hoc avanzados con datasets de gran magnitud con información relacionada con el cliente, la operativa y señalización técnica del producto que te permitirán encontrar insights, contrastar hipótesis o estimar resultados.Identificación de aspectos en los que las áreas deberían trabajar con miras a mejorar la experiencia de cliente con eficiencia operativa.En los casos que sean necesarios, realización de algoritmos Machine Learning según los objetivos del análisis o proyecto.Transformar, enriquecer y preparar los datos para su análisis y visualización (solemos utilizar PowerPoint - thinkcell y PowerBI).Colaboración en la gestión de proyectos, por lo que la organización en el trabajo es importante (gestionamos las tareas en Jira).Trabajo constante con equipos transversales (equipos de procesos, IT, PMO, áreas Operativas).Operativizar los resultados analíticos en los casos que sea necesario.Transmitirás los resultados obtenidos de los análisis (Storytelling) con mensajes claros y propuestas de planes de acción identificados.Los requisitos del puesto son:Ingeniería, Estadística, Económicas o similar.Experiencia previa de 2 a 3 años en un puesto de análisis de negocio o consultoría.Altos conocimientos de técnicas de análisis avanzados de datos (Análisis descriptivos, Cluster, Medición de Impacto, Business Cases, Machine Learning).Conocimiento de lenguajes y herramientas como (Python, R, SQL).Altos conocimientos de manejo de paquete de Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word).Conocimiento en manejo y gestión en herramientas Jira y Confluence (deseado).Capacidad de síntesis y de realizar Storytelling para transmitir los resultados de los análisis realizados, así como alta capacidad para darle significado a la información resultante.Capacidad de trabajo en equipos transversales y multitasking.Conocimiento de Inglés (+B2).¿Te interesa el reto?
