Tech Lead - GenAI Summary:
As a Tech Lead - GenAI, you will serve as the technical authority responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess AI use cases and implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role also involves guiding and mentoring team members to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects across DWS (Digital Workplace Services).
In this role you will:
Lead the technical design and development of AI solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical standards. Oversee the entire technical implementation of AI projects, from concept through to deployment. Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations and standards. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and explore new AI products and use cases. Design AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Promote and deploy AI products like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks across the organization. Foster cross-team collaboration on generative AI (GenAI) projects and initiatives. Regularly assess the performance and impact of AI solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Act as a DWS ambassador on GenAI alongside other team members. About the ideal candidate:
Experience in AI/ML development and deployment. Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI solution architecture. Proven experience in leading AI projects from design to implementation. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and optimize AI solutions. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and AI-related managed services. Experience in deploying and managing AI products like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks is a plus. Ability to provide mentorship and technical leadership to a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. What we can offer you:
