En HAYS estamos colaborando con una empresa aseguradora líder multicanal que proporciona servicios a sus clientes a nivel mundial y local. Ofrece una amplia gama de productos y servicios del área de los seguros generales y de vida.
Actualmente buscamos un perfil de Investment Accounting Analyst que será el responsable de la contabilidad mensual, cierre y reporte trimestral. También trabajará en el mantenimiento y la presentación de informes de la regulación local.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Realizar el proceso de cierre mensual y entrega de datos de inversión a garantizar una entrega eficiente de alta calidad y procedimientos de aprobación apropiados. Responsable del cierre mensual y trimestral para Europa y empresas de Latinoamérica bajo normas Locales y NIIF. Implementar cambios locales o de grupo relacionados con el plan de cuentas, valoración principios y requisitos de presentación de informes. Asegurar el cumplimiento del libro mayor auxiliar con los requisitos locales y de grupo: Generalmente Principios Contables Aceptados (PCGA), Leyes Locales Estatutarias y reglamentarias/Impositivas Principios de Contabilidad (SAP), Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF), y otras políticas o directrices externas o internas, p. Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Resolver problemas operativos del día a día identificados por la contabilidad departamento o derivados de otras áreas funcionales, asegurando una gestión eficiente y servicio de alta calidad, incluida la gestión de problemas complejos de acuerdo con la Política de Gestión de Incidentes del Grupo. Entregar informes que brinden información a los CIO y CFO sobre el catalizador para resultados contables de inversión y cómo se han desarrollado los datos de inversión a lo largo tiempo. Determinar, explicar e interpretar los principales impulsores del resultado de inversión en casi todas las clases de activos operativos, su ciclo de vida y cómo se presenta en BS/PL utilizando herramientas apropiadas como SAP BI, BW. Asegurar la alta calidad de las cifras financieras y la implementación precisa de las nuevas los requisitos de información. Estará involucrado en diferentes Proyectos Internacionales. ¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
Licenciatura (o equivalente) en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas. Se requieren finanzas y un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un campo relacionado. Preferido: Master (o equivalente) en Contabilidad, Negocios Administración, Finanzas. Conocimientos avanzados en contabilidad. Experiencia con IFRS regulation y SAP. Buen conocimiento de Inversiones y Mercados Financieros. Alto conocimiento de las normas NIIF. Excelente comprensión del sistema de contabilidad auxiliar de inversiones como SAP FAM (Inversiones SAP). Alto conocimiento en herramientas Office. Certificados preferidos: calificación de CA, CPA o ACA con un puesto de 2 años cualificación experiencia relevante. Inglés C1. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida (80% del trabajo es 100% en remoto y el resto es presencial). Normalmente van los martes o los jueves. Sería ir 4 días al mes. Ubicación: Barcelona. Horario flexible.
