Para nuestro cliente, empresa española que desarrolla y promociona proyectos en el ámbito de las energías renovables, estamos seleccionando la figura de un/a Land Manager quien será responsable de liderar estratégicamente la expansión del portfolio, gestionando la adquisición de tierras para proyectos solares, almacenamiento, hidrógeno y data center.FUNCIONES: - Liderazgo de Equipo de Terrenos en su campo de actuación (búsqueda , negociación y cierre de terrenos)- Desarrollo de Estrategias de Adquisición: Desarrollar estrategias y enfoques innovadores para la identificación y adquisición de terrenos.- Participar en la elaboración de los informes de prefactibilidad para la prospección de nuevas oportunidades de proyectos y solicitudes de nuevos puntos de interconexión.- Liderar negociaciones con propietarios de tierras, autoridades locales y otras partes interesadas para asegurar acuerdos beneficiosos y cumplir con los objetivos de desarrollo de proyectos.- Colaborar con el equipo legal en la elaboración y revisión de contratos de adquisición y arrendamiento.- Colaborar estrechamente con autoridades locales, comunidades y otras partes interesadas (ingeniería, EPC erc) para garantizar el apoyo y la colaboración necesarios.- Mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con propietarios de tierras, gestionando de manera proactiva cualquier desafío o conflicto.- Coordinación Interdepartamental- Reporte a comité direccional REQUISITOS - Experiencia en gestión y adquisición de terrenos- Conocimientos sólidos de regulaciones y normativas relacionadas con la adquisición de tierras en el sector energético.- Disponibilidad para viajar- Independencia y autonomía.- Orientación a resultados- Habilidades de negociación SE OFRECE- Contrato estable en una compañía en pleno desarrollo- Salario fijo + variable- Desarrollo profesional
