CVs in English only please.What You'll DoThe Compliance Documentation and Governance Specialist helps ensure that Payoneer's Anti-Money Laundering/Countering-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Compliance-related processes are fully and clearly documented on the level required by external examinations and audits. This role will work closely with Payoneer's operational departments, as well as with Compliance stakeholders, in order to record and update relevant Payoneer policies, procedures, and records. You will also maintain existing documentation, ensuring that the information is current and available to all stakeholders. Duties include, but are not limited to:Produce high-quality formal documentation of AML/CTF Compliance-related processes and projects.Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the different monitoring systems and review processes implemented by Payoneer.Coordinate with Compliance and regulatory functions to assist in documenting regulatory projects and audit requirements.Manage changes and updates to existing documentation, in conjunction with a variety of stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Product.Collect and store all required Compliance artifacts across documentation lifecycle.What We're Looking ForNative-level English proficiency and writing (C2 level).Bachelor's Degree.3+ years of proven experience in AML/CTF and sanctions compliance.Ability to prepare comprehensive compliance reports and documentation to be read by internal management and external auditors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders across the business.High self-learning skills with a proactive approach to staying abreast of evolving compliance regulations, standards, and best practices.Nice to HaveAdvanced certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFCS (Certified Financial Crimes Specialist)
