Sales Controller & Reporting Analyst
Barcelona
Hospitalet de Llobregat, Catalonia, ES Estamos buscando un/a Sales Controller & Reporting Analyst para multinacional con oficinas en Hospitalet de Llobregat En este rol, tus responsabilidades serán Reporting directo al responsable del área de Controlling e indirecto a la Dirección Comercial y Dirección Financiera.
Análisis financiero de las operaciones comerciales, incluyendo la evaluación del rendimiento de productos, clientes, canales de distribución y principales indicadores de Commercial Excellence.
Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros en Power BI para pronósticos de ventas, márgenes, rentabilidad y optimización de carteras comerciales.
Reporting de cuentas de resultados a delegadxs de más de 50 tiendas, directores regionales y directores de área.
Liderar la planificación presupuestaria recogiendo de delegadxs y directores de área los inputs comerciales, de mercado, de personal y de necesidades de inversión para la elaboración del presupuesto anual.
Estudios de viabilidad de nuevas aperturas y análisis de retorno de inversión.
Participación directa en la fase de integración de los procesos financieros y comerciales de las empresas adquiridas.
Reporting mensual a Holanda de EEFF y KPIs financieros y no financieros.
Reporting de retribución variable del equipo comercial y participación en foros de política retributiva ligada a KPIs de negocio con el objetivo de alinear los intereses del Grupo con los del equipo comercial.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos comerciales y de marketing para proporcionar análisis financiero que soporten propuestas de valor al negocio así como diseñar métricas de seguimiento.
Analizar la rentabilidad de las promociones y actividades de marketing, evaluando su impacto en el negocio.
Preparar informes financieros y presentaciones ejecutivas por línea de negocio para la alta dirección.
Identificar y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en los procesos financieros y de negocio.
Encajarás a la perfección si dispones de: Formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Management o similar con especialización o estudios posuniversitarios de Contabilidad y Finanzas. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en auditoría financiera o en posiciones de controlling/reporting. Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2) Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y Power BI, con capacidad analítica para diseñar cuadros de mando con los KPIs relevantes de cada área de negocio. Actitud proactiva en cuanto a mejora continua de procesos, estándares de calidad de reporting, ganas de aprender y aportar valor al negocio. Experiencia en trabajar con sistemas de información diferentes con rápida capacidad de adaptación. Buenas habilidades comunicativas en español e inglés, para la gestión del cliente interno, y el reporte a nuestro HQ en Holanda. Persona polivalente acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo en entornos colaborativos con deadlines apretados y nivel de exigencia elevado. Habilidades de planificación y gestión de proyectos de mejoras de sistema, automatización de procesos y enfoque de ganar eficiencia a medio plazo sin perder efectividad a corto plazo.
