They lead the international recruiting, marketing, and relation management efforts for the international campaigns.Responsibilities include marketing, communications, budget, relationship management (BCG to career services and team to BCG WW offices), planning the time frames and deadlines for recruiting campaigns and activities; content creation, organizing and executing marketing events for recruiting; coordinating the process of communicating with, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates for worldwide BCG offices.*1.
