Regardless of the project at hand, their goal is always the same: to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently while meeting all relevant deadlines and quality standards.Location:Vacarisses Plant, BarcelonaHow you will do itDeveloping an overall project plan based on company policies and procedures, including identifying milestones and deadlines.Coordinating with other team members to make sure that all aspects of the project are completed on time.Managing the project budget by monitoring expenditures to ensure costs stay within the allotted amount.Managing the project schedule to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are not missed.Creating reports about project status and progress for upper management, including updates on issues that have been identified.Managing project team members to ensure that they are working effectively together and that they meet their deadlines.Reviewing project plans to determine feasibility, scope of work required, and potential risks involved.Overseeing all aspects of a project, from planning through completion to ensure that it meets requirements and objectives.Managing the project team to ensure that they are meeting deadlines and achieving goals while adhering to standards of quality.What we are looking forBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic) plus a Master's degree.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts is highly desirable.Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, particularly with complex projects involving press machines, heat exchangers, piping systems, plastic injection, or similar machinery.Fluency in English is essential.What we offerJohnson Control offers an interesting compensation package according to your qualification and experience.
