If you are currently working at another agency and feel limited in your progression, this could be your ideal opportunity to step up and lead a team to new heights.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage your own sales and listings.Manage leads provided by the company (TPG).Tour clients to viewings.Generate new direct listings.Networking & Events.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.Required Qualifications/Skills:Proven experience in real estate sales.Self-discipline & relentlessness.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage.Preferred Qualifications/Skills:Experience in the Marbella real estate market.Established network of contacts in the real estate industry.Salary/Benefits:OTE 250,000€ P.A.Opportunity to join a growing company with potential for career advancement to branch owner/operator.Potential for stakeholding in the company as part of a planned worldwide brand expansion.Application Process:To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you are the right fit for this role to ****** Information:Email: ****** us at the beginning of our journey and help shape the future of The Property Group.
