Business AdvisorObjetivo De La PosiciónEsta posición es responsable de lograr los objetivos de ventas de la zona asignada y de ganar cuota de mercado a través de la correcta identificación de las oportunidades de crecimiento en sus clientes, la óptima gestión de las palancas comerciales y actividades desarrolladas a lo largo del año cumpliendo los planes establecidos por la compañía.¿En qué consiste el rol? Responsabilidades:Responsable de aportar ideas e identificar oportunidades para el desarrollo de la estrategia comercial dentro de su área geográfica, planteando a tu District Field Manager propuestas de mejora, valorando y analizando también posibles riesgos.Genera credibilidad y confianza en el cliente agregando valor a cada visita convirtiéndose en su asesor (advisor). Asesora al cliente usando información relevante, sencilla y bien estructurada (fact based).Conoce la evolución del mercado en su área geográfica así como la marcha de distintos segmentos de precio, tanto en RMC como RYO/MYO. Realiza una óptima gestión de las visitas mediante la utilización de las palancas y actividades comerciales desarrolladas a lo largo del año.Gestiona los Horecas de tu zona a través de visitas y negociación incrementando y optimizando los canales de las marcas de JTI. Implementa las actividades planificadas a través de una excelente gestión y ejecución de las Visitas a Estancos y a Horecas. Responsable de la correcta implementación de las estrategias de visibilidad y activación definidas por la compañía.Negocia a nivel de punto de venta para lograr los objetivos de cuota de mercado, volumen y distribución y desarrolla la relación con los clientes garantizando su colaboración para la implementación de las actividades comerciales y cerrando acuerdos beneficiosos para el cliente y JTI.Realiza recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar el negocio del cliente y/o satisfacer sus necesidades, con la suficiente agudeza comercial como para encontrar también elementos que apoyen el negocio de JTI.¿Qué estamos buscando? Requerimientos:FPII y/o diplomatura.1 año de experiencia en ventas.Carnet de conducir.Español Nativo.
