Junior Trade Support AnalystLeón Office - Hybrid: 4 days a week office based working, 1 day working from home - including shift work in the evenings to support trading in different time zones - evening shifts will be paid an enhanced rate of payWe are now expanding our operations to the north of Spain and we are looking for candidates to drive our dreams in León.About the roleThis position will be part of the Trade Support team of Ebury Group Treasury, interact constantly with the fx dealing floor, and report to the Trade Support Manager.Your responsibilities:Management of client FX trades including trade verification, confirmation and amendments in line with internal processes and SLAsManagement of FX trades booked with liquidity providers, including matching and reconciliation via various third party platformsRate provision and deal execution for trades booked with specific liquidity providers, including internal bookManagement of trade amendments and ad-hoc exceptions in line with internal processes and SLAsCreation and provision of supplementary trade documentation, including statements, where requiredCommunicate with our main stakeholders (Liquidity Providers, Front Office…) when neededComplete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely mannerCommunicate the status of tasks to colleagues, supervisors and managers, and escalate problems swiftly, as neededAdhere to all internal policies, processes and proceduresKeep a fluent, collaborative and nice team environmentAbout youWe are looking for an individual with drive and passion that is eager to help us take Ebury to the next level.Diligent, with good attention to detail and analytic mindProactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureWorking successfully in a target driven operational environmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresAdaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes and proceduresMotivated, with a desire to make Ebury a successFluency in English, any other language is considered a real benefitAn understanding of FX products is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
