We embrace our diversity yet share similar values and growth mindsets**What's your next professional and personal goal?** Let Experian help bring this to life**Job Description**:Key responsibilitiesSales- Supporting the Business Development Managers by prospecting and uncovering new opportunities- Lead generation - use a combination of skills to identify and nurture leads.- Appointment making - contacting prospects with the intention of qualifying a potential opportunity and booking a meeting with a relevant stakeholder.- Campaign follow-up - ensure inbound leads are qualified, followed-up and processed within 24 hours to ensure a first-class customer experience.- Achieve KPIs and targets - including qualified opportunities, meetings booked and outbound calls- Other responsibilities will include, market sizing, identifying sectors for prospecting, and shadowing at client meetings.- Understand and participate in performance management processesOperational- Achieve individually allocated goals and objectives business development- Researching new sales opportunities for assigned target accounts/markets- Supporting business development initiatives by identifying and coordinating contacts with assigned target clients to facilitate bid identification and management- Reviewing progress and business development results regularly, carrying out feedback sessions with potential client executives to ensure maximum satisfaction- Acting promptly to resolve issues, employing appropriate Experian resources/referrals where required- Forecasting accurately and consistently on a monthly basis.Client- Enhance Experian's relationships with clients- Taking personal accountability for facilitating and enhancing relationship building at all levels within target client organisations- Taking ownership of the resolution of potential client problems, liaising with appropriate functions in the operating model (Service Solutions, Marketing, Finance and other internal functions where necessary to ensure the rapid resolution of issues to client satisfaction)- Recommending and facilitating enhanced client services where required (e.G. client advice and/or training, participation in seminars)- Facilitating cross-selling and business development opportunities for colleagues in the wider Experian GroupProcesses- Provide information and forecasts- Participating in the development of individual/target plans- Closely monitoring client, competitor and market trends, and providing timely feedback and analysis- Providing research input in the development of negotiation and pricing tactics- Reporting regularly on issues which may affect performance, reliability, quality and timeliness of delivery- Submitting regular and informative management reports as requiredCustomer- Actively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do.- Ensure that good client / consumer outcomes are at the centre of all operational activity and decision making.- Deliver great clients and consumers service and seek to exceed client / consumer expectations.**Qualifications**:- University degree or equivalent preferred.- Experience within an inside sales role including outbound calling.- A drive to achieve and meet business targets.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Positive, enthusiastic and professional approach at all times.- Good team player with ability to liaise with other internal business departments where necessary.- Some understanding/ knowledge of the marketing/ ad tech space would be beneficial but not a prerequisite.Additional InformationExperian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here
