What is our proposal? Join our Data Insights Team, where you'll play a key role in leveraging data for decision-making across Exoticca. As our Digital Analyst, your main responsibilities include: Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar platforms, including tracking implementation, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Proficient in SQL at a mid-to-advanced level for data extraction and analysis. Solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau. Knowledge of the basic principles for exporting data from GA4 or other analytics platforms to Data Warehouses (DWH). Advanced skills in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and similar tools. Excellent communication abilities for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels. 2+ years of work experience in a similar role. Experience with GA4, Adobe or similar. Experience with GTM. Experience with Excel, SQL, DBT. Experience with modern visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau. Extremely detail oriented and proactive. Ability to present complex things in an easily understandable way. Fluent in English and Spanish. Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.
