Reckitt is searching for an HR Trainee. You'll be responsible for supporting the HR Team and providing hands-on support in specific functions within the company such as People Operations & Training.Your responsibilities Prepare HR documents and correspondenceSupport the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and paymentDeal with day-to-day HR queries and advise in line with the current policies and proceduresPerform other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project workSupport in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization: ensure the trainings take place at the right moment, contact with providers, manage FORCEM, agendas, event facilities, etc.The experience we're looking for Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similarHigh English level requiredResults-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivatingTenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstaclesAbility to think outside the boxAbility to work autonomously and as a teamThe skills for success HR Process Improvement, Process management, HR Data Analysis, Data management, Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial acumen, Solutioning.What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
