We are looking for a passionate Store Manager with experience in retail to join our amazing team in La Roca Village Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.The candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of fashion. Moreover, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to maximize sales through strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and enthusiasm that results in increased sales. The candidate should be able to provide daily operational management and guidance for the store, ensuring that the products are presented in accordance with brand standards.Additionally, the candidate will need to achieve budgeted sales plans for the store on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Under the direction of the Area Manager, you will contribute to the achievement of sales goals at the point of sale.As a true The Kooples brand ambassador, your main tasks will be the following:To allow our customers to live the unique TK Client Experience:Greet and assist customers throughout their visit, ensuring personalized service; Advise customers by promoting our traditional know-how and the characteristics of our products through a well-controlled sales pitch; Build customer loyalty and guarantee customer satisfaction.To ensure the development of the sales of your point of sale:Control and optimize performance indicators through sales analysis (Top, Flop, CR, ATV, UPT...); Manage stocks, guaranteetheir reliability, and carry out inventories (revolving and total); Ensure reporting to management (daily, weekly, and monthly reports); Manage the trading budget of the point of sale.Manage, animate, and focus your sales team:Participate in recruitment; Ensure the integration and training of new employees; Manage sales goals on a daily basis (custom goals, challenges, etc.); Guarantee the development of the skills of your employees (assessment, coaching).Ensuring the optimal functioning of the point of sale:Create schedules and set up zoning; Create visual merchandising according to company guidelines; Ensure the smooth running of the point of sale.You should have initial management experience in the retail or premium service sector. You are a field worker, an excellent manager with excellent interpersonal skills, and you are organized. With a strong commercial temperament, you have a results-oriented culture. You are enthusiastic about fashion, possess strong product awareness, and have good knowledge of the industry and its trends.
