Forma parte de la REDvolución. Necesitamos un/a Cluster Chief Engineer (Jefe/a de Mantenimiento):
- Mantener las instalaciones y el equipo realizando inspecciones periódicas para determinar necesidades y grados del servicio, equipamiento requerido, tipos de operaciones y el mantenimiento requerido par dos hoteles en Madrid (el Radisson RED y el Radisson BLU Prado).
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente y una dirección proactiva en la resolución de los problemas
- Asegurar que en las instalaciones del Hotel se está trabajando con un seguro, eficiente y ordenado diseño a través de la dirección de todas las fases del mantenimiento, reparación y renovación.
- Asignarlas órdenes de trabajo por su prioridad, y delegar tareas y supervisar el trabajo.
- Utilizar herramientas de liderazgo y motivación para maximizar la productividad y satisfacción de los miembros del equipo.
- Desarrollador/Exportador de personas.
**Requisitos**:
- Competente en todos los procedimientos de Mantenimiento para ser un recurso cuando sea necesario.
- Experiência similar en un entorno de calidad y ser capaces de demostrar un excelente nível de estándares y supervisión de los miembros del equipo.
- Con iniciativa y ambicioso para inspirar al equipo a entregar y superar los estándares de servicio consistentemente.
- Trabajador/a con las ideas claras y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
