Our client is looking to once again expand their business in the Real Estate sector by hiring a number of experienced and professional salespeople with a proven track record in high-value property sales.

As a Sales Agent, you'll showcase your ability to identify and negotiate high-value listings while cultivating and nurturing client relationships to drive sales toward successful completion.

Reasons to Apply Contracted position after trial period during which time a retainer can be provided Potential earnings ranging from €60,000 up to €400,000 per annum with a highly competitive 30% commission structure Daily client inquiries for properties priced at €1 million plus. 300+ property sales achieved annually. Access to hundreds of exclusive listings, eliminating split commissions with other agencies. Benefit from a professional sales and marketing team dedicated to supporting your success. Requirements: Fluent in English and proficiency in another European language. Demonstrated track record in sales with drive and determination and strong negotiation skills. Ideally experienced in acquiring, valuing, presenting, and selling luxury properties. High proficiency in computer and literacy skills. Highly presentable personality with a positive and focused mindset. Possess a confident, personable, and motivational approach. Extensive knowledge of the Costa del Sol, particularly Marbella and surrounding areas. Own car and a valid Spanish driving license. Must hold a Spanish residency permit with the right to work in Spain. Package: Contracted position circa €1400 per month after initial trial period during which time a retainer can be provided.
