.What this job can offer youThis is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Senior Sales Planning Analyst within our Rev Ops and Acceleration team.We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged senior analyst to join our team. As one of the first members of the Sales Planning & Compensation team, you will have the opportunity to build and establish processes for all areas of ownership. In this role, you will be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations by providing analyses, reporting, and insights in support of our quarterly and annual sales planning processes. You should have the ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively and efficiently, and be excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What you bringExperience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company.Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of sales planning processes, including territory management and quota constructionRelevant experience and a solid understanding of go-to-market design & sales planning as well as sales compensation design & analyticsA proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.Expertise and familiarity with SalesforceExperience interacting and collaborating closely with Leaders at the VP levelIt's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.Writes and speaks fluent English.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a reliable, accurate and streamlined process for building and deploying quarterly quotasBe a strategic business partner to the Director of Sales Planning & Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations providing insight, analysis, and support on, quarterly goal-setting, quota construction, territory management, headcount planning and any ad hoc requestsWork with business partners to define key metrics and develop reporting dashboardsWork closely with the Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to optimize sales productivityProvide analysis and support to key stakeholders in Sales LeadershipPracticalsYou'll report to: Manager, Sales CompensationTeam: Revenue Operations and AccelerationLocation : You need to be in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa to apply (because the role is impacted by regulatory requirements)Start date: As soon as possibleRemote Compensation PhilosophyRemote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
