You will be creating and executing designs for engineering solutions as part of the electrical projects team in Autonomous Mobile Robotics division in Madrigalejo del Monte (Spain). This includes drawings, calculations, bill of materials, engineering instructions and processes.In this role your skills and technical expertise will contribute to a variety of design projects.
This position reports toEngineering Manager
Your responsibilitiesApplying state-of-the-art design methods, tools and engineering practices to design developmentEnsuring quality deliverables on time and on budgetCompleting risk and opportunity assessments, and reporting any issues for resolutionCommunicating engineering designs and processes to stakeholders and contributing to design reviews and in project meetingsWorking with the supply chain on vendor documentation, bids and evaluations of proposals, materials and equipmentProviding training and assistance to entry-level team membersYour backgroundExperience in design and execution, working as electrical design specialist with power and control cabinets, sensors, and industrial networks.Knowledge of Eplan.Initiative, creativity and great attention to detail.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.Knowledge of electrical and safety regulations.A degree in electronics/electrical/robotics/automation.Fluent Spanish and English level, both written and spoken.BenefitsWellbeing programFlexible work practicesMeal allowanceEmployee Share Acquisition PlanMore about usABB Robotics & Discrete Automation is a pioneer in robotics, machine automation and digital services, providing innovative solutions for a diverse range of industries, from automotive to electronics to logistics.
