IE Center for Families in Business is looking for an Associate Director to join its team

We are looking for a person to join a temporary full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of the "Family in Business Journey," designed to help family business students at IE add value to their families in various roles.
Support ongoing research projects and contribute to academic initiatives within the Center.
Develop proposals for new courses, programs, and initiatives led by the Center.
Collaborate with the Family Business Club on events and activities for students.
Enhance the visibility of the Center within the IE ecosystem.
Foster a sense of community among IE family business students.
Promote the Center's activities and disseminate its research findings through events, social media, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with other stakeholders within the IE ecosystem to create synergies and improve the overall experience of IE family business students.
Identify partnership opportunities with family businesses, industry leaders, and other relevant organizations to support research and enrich the student experience.
Qualifications: A Master's degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the higher education sector.
Solid communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong project management capabilities.
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
International professional experience and exposure to working in multicultural teams.
