Requirements of the Role: Min 4-5 years of Marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry.
Required experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector.
Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement).
Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Territory and Travel: Territory: Iberia.
Travel Percentage: 70%.
Base Location: Any well-connected city of Spain.
Ideally Madrid or Barcelona.
